Goods are dispatched on the same or next working day, after payment is cleared, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday and use the Royal Mail and various private courier companies. You will normally receive your item(s) within 2-5 working days, however, if you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering and we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time. Orders over £50 are automatically send via over night courier for next day delivery if ordered before 12.00pm.
On normal orders we can only arrange delivery to the card holders invoice address. However, we can deliver goods to a second address which can be arranged by email or telephone. All deliveries, including Royal Mail will require a signature.
